These Terms of Service govern your use of RankAI, the AI content and SEO platform operated by StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia ("RankAI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

RankAI provides AI-assisted content generation and SEO tools on free and paid credit-based plans. We may add, change or retire features over time to keep the service current.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans grant a monthly or yearly allowance of generation credits at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew at the end of each cycle unless cancelled beforehand; you can cancel anytime from your account. Credits and limits are described on the pricing page. Refunds follow your statutory rights, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RankAI to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to overload or disrupt the service, or to resell access without authorisation. You are responsible for reviewing and for how you use generated content. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Your content and AI output

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and of the content you generate, subject to these Terms. AI output is provided without warranty of accuracy, originality or fitness for a particular purpose and should be reviewed before publication.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, with the competent courts of Catania (CT) having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
