Infrastructure & encryption

RankAI is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption in transit. Access to production systems is restricted and protected by strong authentication, and data is backed up regularly.

Payments

Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Account security

Use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. We recommend signing in with Google where available. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to [email protected] so we can investigate and address it promptly. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will not pursue good-faith security research.
